Shihan dai Jacob has been training in Karate since he was a 7 years old. Today he is one of Teshinkai Karate's most valued instructors. Shihan dai jacob understands what it is like to transition from a junior student to a senior. He undertands the pressures as a teenager to quit, but also how to overcome these pressures and use balance to ensure a successful martial arts career.

Shihandai Jacob is highly regarded by his peers, not only as a high performance practitioner and fighter but as a human being. Shihan dai jacob is often relied upon as a technical expert and has guided many students to achieve high scores in their gradings all the way up to high level black belt.

Shihan Dai Jacob Commadeur is a caring and techinically proficient coach who dedicates his time to help others achieve their goals. Students all the way from 3 years to older adults enjoy classes taken by Jake. Everyone can be assured of a great learning experience.
