Amelia irwin is a 1st Degree black belt, coach in Teshinkai Karate and a popular personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Amelia has been studying Karate for most of her life and is a well respected martial artist and much loved childrens instructor. Amelia's expertise as a group fitness instructor is reflected in the popularity of her classes, and underpinned by the enthusiasm she projects in her classes and in regular gym environment.
