By hiring a vehicle from Reve, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure safety, transparency, and a premium rental experience.
1. Eligibility
Renters must hold a valid driver’s licence, meet the minimum age requirement specified for each vehicle, and provide all documents requested for verification.
2. Booking and payment
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking. All rates and charges will be communicated at the time of reservation. Prices may vary depending on vehicle selection, duration, and additional services.
3. Vehicle use
Vehicles must be driven responsibly and in accordance with Australian road laws. Track use, burnouts, drifting, reckless driving, or any unauthorised activity is strictly prohibited and may result in additional charges or immediate enforcement action in line with Australian hire and road-use regulation.
4. Damage and liability
The renter is responsible for any damage, excessive wear, or loss incurred during the hire period. Insurance excess fees may apply, and charges will vary depending on the extent of damage and vehicle model.
5. Fuel and mileage
Vehicles must be returned with the agreed fuel level. Additional mileage charges may apply if the included kilometre limit is exceeded.
6. Late returns
Late returns may incur an extra fee. Please notify us in advance if you require an extension.
7. Cancellations
Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will not incur fees. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to charges as outlined in the cancellation policy.
8. Personal belongings
Reve is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle during or after the rental period.
9. Modifications
No modifications, decals, or alterations may be made to any vehicle unless approved in writing by Reve.
10. Agreement
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
